The Peipert Family: September Fun

Unfortunately, I am putting all of our September fun into one long blog post due to not having had a whole lot of time to get on the computer this month. But, here it is!

{Texas Rangers Baseball Game}

We took the girls to a Rangers game with Justin's company as a social event. The girls liked eating the food and Janie especially liked cleaning the seats. We didn't make it to the end of the game, but it was a fun outing for our family!

{Date Night for Mom & Dad}

We were able to get out to Dallas to celebrate a friend's birthday and actually snapped a picture of the two of us. It was a selfie, but we will count it!

{Cousin Hunter's Birthday Party}

We went to a splash pad in Frisco to celebrate Hunter's 4th birthday! Neither of the girls were super certain about the splash pad {and never have been} so they did a lot of observing. They did get wet by the time we left, but only a little!

{Plano Balloon Festival}

We loaded up and took the girls all the way to Plano to watch the hot air balloons at the Balloon Festival. I took the girls last year and Nora expressed an interest in going again. We had fun eating a picnic on the lawn, playing with bubbles, and watching the girls dance to the music. It was too windy {again} to let the balloons launch but we stuck around for the glow. A storm ended up blowing in and cut the whole thing a bit short, but we all had a good time.

{Wedding Dress Shopping}

I got to help Krista try on dresses for her big day next year & she found the dress! We are so excited to plan her fun day!

{Playtime at the Park}

The weather has shown signs of cooling off, so we have spent a couple of evenings at the park! The girls really enjoy what we call Bear Creek Park and what may not actually be Bear Creek Park and also always ask to go up to my school playground, so we've checked out both recently!

{Pink Out Game}

We had a tailgate for the staff at school before the Pink Out game at the end of September. The girls had fun playing with each other and friends & it was nice to be able to socialize with other teachers & their families outside of school!
