Happy New Year

Our New Year's Eve celebration was pretty low-key this year. We stayed home as a family. We did have a steak dinner and some yummy snacks and a sparkly drink but otherwise, it was pretty much business as usual. And in our usual fashion, Justin & I could hardly stay awake to watch the ball drop... in New York.

We spent the morning of New Year's Day at home in our pajamas. I put on the Rose Parade and the girls only kind-of watched it. We also spent a lot of time taking down all of our Christmas decorations. Then, we went to see some friends for a little play date in the afternoon. It was a cozy start to 2016!
