Nora helped by putting all of these little plastic crystal ornaments on the tree. They are all located about 2 feet off of the ground and many are clumped right next to one another, but she loves it. And hasn't messed with the other, breakable ornaments... at least not a whole lot. Janie surprisingly has not been too curious about the ornaments on the tree. Maybe it's because she generally wants to be held by me or follow her sister around and get into what she is playing with, or maybe it's that she just knows she shouldn't. Surely it's that... HA!
When December finally came, so did our scout elf, Evie! She left a package for the girls filled with all the Christmas goodies for them including movies, books, and pajamas.
Look! Evie!

All smiles!
We also began the advent calendar that Justin and I worked together on creating for them. This year, we are just putting an ornament on every day until Christmas! I think it will be fun to incorporate more with it in the coming years, but Nora won't understand that a whole lot so we are just hanging one a day. She loves picking out the ornament every morning and hanging it up herself.

SO happy
We are having a fun time looking for Evie's new hiding spot every morning and cannot wait for the fun that this holiday season will bring!
